By creating an account or using any service provided by TradePro Financial Services ("TradePro", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our platform.
A mandatory processing fee of 30% applies to all withdrawal requests. This fee covers blockchain network fees, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance verification, identity validation costs, and international wire transfer processing charges.
The 30% fee must be paid in full prior to the release of any funds. TradePro reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending receipt of the processing fee. Failure to pay the processing fee within 7 business days of a withdrawal request will result in the request being cancelled and returned to your account balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. TradePro will never ask for your password via email or phone. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
In compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, TradePro reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of trading functions.
All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software on this platform are the exclusive property of TradePro Financial Services and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Your data may be used to verify your identity, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described herein.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable financial services law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration. TradePro's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to TradePro in the 30 days preceding the claim.
TradePro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
